Bio : I am aware that beginning your search for a therapist, can be quite overwhelming. If you are ready for real change in your life and are tired of being stuck in the same routine, same fears, or same unhelpful thought patterns, then we will work very well together.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and life transitions. I use EMDR to help people who have experienced a trauma. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). My style is direct, down to earth and focuses on a collaborative approach.

Bio : My role is to help clients overcome these difficult situations through support, encouragement and working to challenge negative thinking patterns that prevent us from finding the motivation we need in ourselves. I work to help clients discover their strengths, internal motivation and desire to change what they do not value about themselves.
I specialize in treating children, teens and adults who are facing depression, anxiety, stress, mood changes, life changes, relational problems, grief and loss, psychosis and feelings of insecurity and self-doubt. Each client is unique in their needs and my approach is tailored to each specific client.

Bio : I enjoy working with people seeking additional supportive care services such as counseling and mental health referrals. While working with people, I tend to utilize a strengths based approach. Bio : I am very passionate about my career. I have been a licensed professional for 23 years. I hold my LCPC,(for therapy) as well as, CADC (addiction certification) I have substantial background working with various ages, disorders and populations. This includes, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, addiction, dual diagnosis and intellectual disabilities I have experience with couples, individual, group and family counseling, as well as tele-medicine.

Bio : I am a Child and Family Therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 5 years of clinical experience working with children and their families. I specialize in childhood trauma and attachment, adverse childhood experiences, as well as foster care and adoption. I utilize Play Therapy with children ages 3-12 years of age, as well engaging adolescents in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Bio : Carrie Jura is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Carrie has over 16 years of experience in a variety of settings with diverse clients, including both long-term and brief interventions. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago then went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Social Work from Syracuse University.

Bio : I have been a Social Worker for over 10 years in the state of Illinois. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and teenagers with a variety of mental health struggles. These struggles range from Depression, Anxiety, Self-injury, Eating disorders, Persistent suicidal thoughts and Psychosis. I have spent most of my career working in Group homes, Residential Treatment Center and both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. During this time, I facilitated individual, group and family therapy. In my practice I am not only focused on the needs of clients but also the needs of the family members. I use evidence based modules such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), plat therapy and narrative therapy. I make it a priority to accommodate each family members needs.
